5pm -8pm: Pike Street Stroll: Celebrate August's Pike Street Stroll with us! Browse shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars from Scott Blvd. to Holman Street along Pike Street while buskers keep you entertained on the route! Admission: Free
5pm-9pm: Madhatter Park Launch: Celebrate the opening of Madhatter Park, a pop-up park at 620 Scott Blvd. with local bands, food and drinks. Admission: Free

6pm - 8pm: Covington Beer Mile:
This great event is being produced by Road ID and Braxton Brewery. Because of the beer involved, this event is age restricted and does require a registration fee. Please make sure to register at this link: https://www.roadid.com/a/event-calendar/events/2953-covington-beer-mile.With your registration you will receive four Braxton Beers for the race, a safe, closed, and marked course, chip timing, and an evening of fun and friends!
Admission: Registration Required. Must be 21 to participate.
9:00pm: Dusk Cinema in the Cemetery: Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy an outdoor evening movie in historic Linden Grove Cemetery (401 W. 13th St. Covington). Movie: The Neverending Story.

8am-10am: Paddlefest Watch Spot: Watch hundreds of kayaks breeze down the Ohio from our watch spot under the Roebling Bridge.
9am-1pm: Covington Farmers Market: Eat local! Browse over 20 local farmers, vendors, bakers and more at our urban Farmers Market at 3rd and Greenup Streets. Admission: Free
9:00am: Rooted Yoga at The Gruff: Before digging into brunch, dig into some gentle yoga at The Gruff (129 E. 2nd Street, Covington) with the instructors from Rooted Yoga.
Admission: Free. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring Your Own Mat!
10am: Urban Hike: Enjoy hiking...in the city! Join The Active Lifestyles and Fitness Group as they take you on a concrete jungle
5 mile hike through Covington beginning at 3rd and Greenup Streets. (at the Farmers Market).
Admission: Free. Walk is roughly 5 miles, wear comfortable shoes.
2:30pm-5:00pm: Fairy Scavenger Hunt: One of our most popular kid-friendly events last year! Littles and their parents enjoy a short nature walk while looking for fairies with guides from Behringer Crawford Museum at 600 Montague Rd, Covington. Admission: Free
7:30pm: Kentucky Symphony Orchestra at Devou Bandshell: Enjoy the KSO in the great outdoors at Devou Park Bandshell, 1700 Montague Rd, Covington. Admission: Free (though donations welcome). 9am-1pm: Conquer Covington Training Zone: The Madhatter Park is being transformed into an Obstacle Course training Zone! There will be four sessions (9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm), produced by Bree Singer and Shannon Smith from Conquer Covington with fitness coaching by Joe Stotlar of Iron Rig Fitness Center!
12pm- 3pm: Art on the Move: Enjoy this mobile airstream that provides art projects...on the go! Enjoy this with a side of goat-viewing at Goebel Park (Philadelphia Street, Covington). Admission: Free
1:00pm - 3:30pm: Enjoy biking through the urban core and Devou Park. Ride leaves from Roebling Point Books & Coffee (3rd and Greenup). Admission: Free. Wearing a bike helmet is highly encouraged.
3pm - Close: Open 9 - holes Golf & Bike Rentals: Fore! Or Should we say FREE! Enjoy complimentary 9-holes of golf at the Devou Golf and Event Center (1201 Park Dr, Covington, KY 41011) as well as free bike rentals.
6:30pm - 8pm: Dog Days at Goebel Pool: On the last day of Goebel Pool's season, we let Fido take a dip after the pool has closed to humans! Bring your pups and let them take a swim! Humans, unfortunately, cannot swim with the dogs. Admission: Free.
